O R D E R

% 15.01.2016 Crl. MA 18646/2015 This is an application moved by the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated16.10.2015 for his release on personal bond on the ground that he is unable to furnish the surety bond.

Record reveals that the petitioner was ordered to be released on parole for the purpose of re-connecting himself with the society on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Thereafter, an application for modification bearing No. 15477/2015 was moved for reduction in surety amount. Vide order dated 16.10.2015, the surety amount was reduced to Rs.10,000/-. Now, the application has been moved for his release on personal bond. Keeping in view the fact that he has been convicted for offence under Section 376 IPC, I do not deem it appropriate to release the applicant/petitioner on personal bond and the application is dismissed.
