1. The petition was restored by the order dated 19th September, 2018 subject to the payment of cost of Rs. 20,000/- which was to be deposited within ten days of the order, and out of which Rs. 10,000/- was to be deposited in the Kerala Chief Minister Disaster Relief Fund and Rs. 10,000/- was to be shared by counsel for the LAC and DDA. Counsel for the LAC also states that they did not receive any such payment. Counsel for the Petitioner is also unable to produce any proof of the payment of cost.

2. In that view of the matter, the order dated 19th September 2018 restoring the writ petition stands recalled and the order dated 4th January 2018

dismissing the writ petition and pending applications for non prosecution stands restored.
