By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation of FIR No.397/2015 registered under Sections 306/506 IPC PS Gazipur to Crime Branch or to some independent agency. 2.

On behalf of the State, Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, A.S.C. submits that in this case cancellation report has already been filed before the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made by learned ASC for the State, this petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy which W.P.(CRL) 1655/2015

includes filing of protest petition before the learned Trial Court against the cancellation report or any other remedy.

Since the prayer made in the present petition i.e. transfer of the investigation to Crime Branch or some other agency has become infructuous as the investigation is complete and final report has been submitted before the concerned Court.

This petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to seek remedy available under the law. CRL.M.A.11356/2015 Dismissed.
