% 18.07.2016 The petitioner has preferred the present petition to seek anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in case FIR No.506/2015 registered at PS Paschim Vihar u/s 384/506/34 IPC. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a retired Indian Navy Officer. The petitioner has joined the investigation as and when called for. His voice sample has also been collected by the IO.
The order sheet shows that since 10.08.2015 the petitioner has been granted protection by this court subject to his joining investigation. There is no complaint with regard to his non cooperation. In these circumstances, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall continue.
Accordingly, it is directed that in case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that he shall cooperate and join the investigation as and when called for.
Petition stands disposed of.
