1. This petition has been filed on 6th August 2015 and no interim order has been passed till date.

2. It appears that since the parties were exploring the possibility of settlement, no Arbitrator has yet been appointed. Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will be invoking the arbitration clause and sending a formal notice to the Respondent in that regard and thereafter will take steps to have the Arbitrator appointed.

3. There is no reason to pass an interim order at this stage. As and when an Arbitrator is appointed, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate relief by filing application under Section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
