% 05.09.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was aggrieved by the certain acts of the Corporation qua certain illegal construction being permitted to respondent nos.6 to 8. He candidly admits that a suit inter se the petitioner and respondent nos.6 to 8 is pending before the concerned Court wherein an undertaking has been given to the private respondents (respondent nos.6 to 8) that illegal construction if any will be removed by them and an undertaking has also been given by the petitioner to the same effect. He accordingly, submits that this petition has become infructous. He does not press this petition. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
