1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to question the impugned order dated 10th April 2015 at the stage of the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in the event that Award is adverse to the Petitioner.

2. The petition and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. It is further clarified that the Arbitrator will consider the additional issues framed by him.
