O R D E R

% 28.08.2017 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking quashing of FIR No.432/2015 under Sections 323/341/354-D/506 IPC registered at Police Station - Defence Colony, New Delhi. Counsel for the parties submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes in terms of the order dated 02.05.2017 passed in the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Statements of the parties have been recorded separately. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal Crl. M. C. No. 3401/2017

impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR No.432/2015 under Sections 323/341/354-D/506 IPC registered at Police Station - Defence Colony, New Delhi, and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.

The petition is disposed of.
