% 15.03.2019 By this petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 279/2018 under Section 376 IPC registered at PS Malviya Nagar on the complaint of respondent No.2.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report charge-sheet for offence punishable under Section 376 IPC has been filed only against Anupam Thakur and as there was no incriminating evidence against any of the other accused, the petitioners herein have not been kept in column No. 12 as well.

In view of the status report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take remedies in case summoned by the learned Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted. W.P.(CRL) 3334/2018

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
