% 12.07.2018 Today, I have in CO.PET. 122/2015 passed an order admitting the winding up petition and appointing the OL as the liquidator of the

respondent company. Accordingly, no further reliefs can be granted in the present petitions. These petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a claim petition before the OL in the prescribed format within eight weeks from today.

The petitions are disposed of as above.
