Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the suit property is situated at Brahmpuri which falls under the jurisdiction of District North East, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North East, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North East), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North East), Karkardooma, Delhi on 10.05.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
