% 16.02.2018 1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner has settled the matter with the respondent company in terms of the settlement agreement dated 01.11.2017. It is noted that the settlement was arrived at under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
2.
This fact is affirmed by the learned counsel for the respondent company. Furthermore, learned counsel for the respondent company says that the petitioner has received the amounts in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement.
2.1 It is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that TDS certificates were also required to be furnished by the respondent company to the petitioner in terms of the said settlement. 2.2 This position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the
respondent company.
3.
In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent company to act in terms of the aforementioned settlement agreement.
3.1 In case TDS certificates are not handed over to the petitioner, the petitioner will have the liberty to revive the captioned petition. 3.2 Quite obviously, this situation would arise insofar as the respondent company is concerned, in and about April 2018, that is, after the financial year 2017-2018 comes to an end. 4.
