2. In this writ petition, the Petitioner has questioned an order dated 10th May, 2018 passed by the Regional Headquarters of the BSF rejecting his plea for grant of second financial benefit under the ACP claim.

3. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner, during the course of the submissions contends that the grievance of the Petitioner was not about nongrant of the second financial benefits under the ACP.

4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

5. Dismissed as withdrawn.
