It is submitted that there is a delay of 265 days in filing the documents with ROC required for changing the status of the respondent company from under liquidation to active.

In view of reasons explained, the delay stands condoned. The necessary documents along with copy of this order be submitted by the applicant with the ROC within 30 days from today. The application stands disposed of.
