% 01.10.2015 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the dispute with the parents of Vishakha (petitioner No.2) has been settled. The parents of Vishakha have now accepted the marriage and, in turn, the petitioners have also given the assurance that they shall not carry any kind of bitterness against the parents of petitioner No.2.

Considering the aforementioned fact, namely the settlement between the parties, the counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
