Mr. Naushad Ahmad Khan, learned Additional Standing Counsel is present in Court along with DCP, South West and Inspector/SHO, PS Bindapur in terms of order dated 29th January, 2016. 2.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel has handed over the status report which is taken on record. Copy of the same has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the four criminal cases bearing FIR No.484/2013 under Section 323/341/506/34 IPC, FIR No.350/2015 under Section 354D/509/34IPC, FIR No.455/2015 under Section 457/506/34 IPC and FIR No.901/2015 under Section 354D/506/34 IPC have been transferred from PS Bindapur to District Investigation Unit (DIU), South West District for further investigation. With respect to the threat perception of the petitioner, it is submitted that the accused persons

have been called to the police station on 1st February, 2016 and they have been given stern warnings. It is further submitted that there is no specific threat perception at present.

However, security shall be provided to the petitioner as and when found necessary. The DCP present in Court assures to personally monitor this matter and the petitioner is at liberty to contact him directly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition in view of the status report filed before this Court today. 5.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the status report and the notices are discharged.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
