% 12.08.2015 During the course of hearing, it was suggested that the petitioner will be accommodated by posting in Pune which has a Command hospital as well as the Armed Forces Medical College facility. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after obtaining instructions, expresses that this arrangement is acceptable. In the light of these developments, the respondents are hereby directed to change the place of posting of the petitioner from Mhow to Pune by an appropriate order and grant him sufficient and reasonable joining time of at least four weeks.
