% 28.09.2018 An affidavit dated 21.08.2018 has been filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, East District, Delhi. It states, inter alia, that:- "20. On 20.08.18, an enquiry has been ordered for disciplinary action in respect of delay in filling the charge sheet against the erring investigation officer." The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis has been amicably settled and the FIR No.440/2011 has been quashed by this Court on 29.08.2018 in Crl. M.C. Nos.4374/2018 & 30923/2018.
