% 31.10.2018 In view of the circumstance that, Ms. Hemlata, daughter of the petitioner Mr. Ashok Kumar has married Mr. Kuldeep, respondent No.3, of her own free will and desire, as well as, the circumstance that, Mr. Ashok Kumar, the father, wants to celebrate his daughter's wedding, the latter seeks leave to withdraw this petition, since the relief prayed for therein, has been satisfied.

It is relevant to observe that, Ms. Hemlata, the daughter of Mr. Ashok Kumar, is of his own statement an adult, having been born on 25th September, 2000 (as per her Secondary School Examination Certificate issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi). W.P.(CRL) 3356/2018

We have interacted with Ms. Hemlata, Mr. Ashok Kumar, as well as, Mr. Kuldeep, in Chambers.

Ms. Hemlata has expressed her desire to reside with her husband. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. No further directions are called for.
