A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. 2.

By this petition the petitioner was seeking transfer of investigation of case FIR No.792/2015 registered at PS Hazrat Nizamuddin under Sections 457/380 IPC and also protection.

As per the status report the property in question, that is, Dargah Bhure Shah situated in Khasra No.601, Moja Aliganj, Barapula, East Nizamuddin, Delhi is a Wakf property duly notified in Delhi Gazette of Govt. of Delhi dated 31st December, 1970 and Dargah is under the management and control of Delhi Wakf Board having its office at Dariya Ganj, Delhi. Thus the petitioner has no claim in relation to the Dargah or any of its premises or any article lying therein.
