% 16.07.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that on instructions, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith as the petitioner reserves the right to seek criminal action after the trial court, where the case against him is pending, inter alia, on the charge under Section 302 IPC, has rendered its decision returning finding qua the impugned material on the basis of which the complaint leading to the impugned orders being passed was presented. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
