In these circumstances, appeal along with CM APPL.32799/2017 is disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 24.05.2018.

Parties shall remain bound by terms and conditions of Settlement Agreement dated 24.05.2018.

The amount deposited be released in terms of Settlement Agreement.
