% 25.10.2016 CO.APPL.4166/2016 The present application under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been instituted on behalf of the parties thereto, predicated on the circumstance that they have, by and between themselves, arrived at an amicable resolution of the underlying dispute. The joint application, therefore, prays that the accompanying petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. In view of the foregoing statement made on behalf of the parties in unison and the settlement dated 05.10.2016, the present application is allowed. The petitioner is granted permission to withdraw this petition, in view of the settlement arrived at with the respondent-company. The application is disposed of accordingly.

CO.PET.675/2015 In view of the order passed in CO.APPL.4166/2016 today, the present petition is disposed of as compromised.

The date already fixed i.e. 20.03.2017 stands cancelled. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
