The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "A. issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing Respondent No.l to consider the complaint of Petitioners dated 25.12.2017 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within three months;"

The petitioners had filed the complaint before the Banking Ombudsman regarding the conduct of respondent no.3 (Axis Bank). The petitioners' grievance is that the said complaint has not been decided as yet.

Mr Parihar, who appears for respondent nos.1 and 2, states that a decision was taken in respect of the petitioners' complaint and the same was communicated to the petitioner on 17.05.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the said communication has not been received by the petitioners as yet.

In this view, Mr Parihar is directed to hand over a copy of the aforesaid decision to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. In view of the foregoing, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
