% 27.07.2017 On the last date of hearing Mr. Siddharth Bamba, Counsel for the Plaintiff had appeared and made a statement that territorial jurisdiction of this case lies with the District Judge, District Court Ambala, (Haryana) Mr. Amit Jain, Counsel for the Defendant took time to seek instructions.

Today neither Mr. Siddharth Bamba nor Mr. Amit Jain are present however, their respective proxies are present. They state that they have instructions to appear in the matter. Counsel for the plaintiff prays that a date for appearance of the parties before the learned District Judge, District Court Ambala, (Haryana) may be fixed. Accordingly, with the consent of both the Counsel 17th August, 2017 is fixed as the date for appearance of the

-2- CS(OS) 2381/2015 parties before the learned District Judge, District Court Ambala, Haryana. Since the date has been fixed with the consent of both the parties no separate notice is required to be given in terms of Order VII Rule 10-A.
