% 23.01.2018 Petitioner is a retired teacher, who had sought arrears of Sixth Central Pay Commission with interest. This matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where it has been amicably settled.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submits that the mediated settlement of 15th September, 2017 has been acted upon. Perhaps for this reason, none has appeared for petitioner. In view of aforesaid, this petition is disposed of in terms of mediated settlement of 15th September, 2017.
