BAIL APPLN. 2583/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the petitioner's anticipatory bail was rejected by the learned Trial Court on 18.09.2018, the parties have entered into a settlement on 22.10.2018. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition to approach the Trial Court with a fresh application to bring on record the subsequent developments.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
