The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 22.07.2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the issues involved in the present case are similar to the issues involved in W.P.(C) 8095/2014 & W.P. (C) 8395/2014 and the orders passed in those petitions today would be equally applicable in this case. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders passed in W.P.(C) 8095/2014 & W.P. (C) 8395/2014 and for the reasons stated therein.
