% 22.03.2016 The petitioner filed the present petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. During the pendency of the petition, by order dated 16th October, 2015 the matter was referred to the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. After various meetings, the parties have settled their disputes. The mediation report dated 15th January, 2016 is on the record.

The terms and conditions of the settlement are mentioned in the Memorandum of Settlement dated 23rd February, 2016 which is annexed as Annexure-A along with the said report. The said Memorandum of Settlement is duly signed by the parties. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. In view of the settlement, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. As prayed, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
