% 19.04.2016 CS(OS) 2595/2015 The case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 07.04.2016 of Ms. Deepali Sharma, Learned ADJ-14, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, whereby she was of the view that the jurisdiction of the present matter does not lies in the said court. Vide order dated 09.10.2015 of learned predecessor, the matter was transferred to Central District, Tis Hazari Courts for 12.03.2016. The transfer matter vide order dated 09.10.2015 as per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, was a ministerial order. Accordingly the said ministerial order is modified. Contd.......2
