Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 07.05.2015. Mr Gautam Narayan, learned counsel for the respondents' states that any challenge to this order will be barred by laches as the said order was communicated to the petitioner more than two years ago. Further it was also included as a part of reply, which was filed on 05.04.2016. The respondents are not precluded from urging this contention if and when the petitioner initiates any proceeding to impugn the order dated 07.05.2015. 2.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
