LPA 622/2018 & CM APPL.46168/2018 (direction) Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we direct that in case the appellant deposits 50% of the demand raised by the electricity company, the electricity connection of the appellant be restored subject to the final order that may be passed by the writ court.

With the aforesaid observation, the appeal along with pending application stands disposed of.
