The petitioner has filed the present petition for release of three Uzbekistan Nationals, namely, Ms Karimova Nargiza, Passport No. AA2834229, Ms Rano Nizamova, Passport No. AA3277642 and Dilfuza Yuldasheva, Passport No. AA9221168.

It is stated that the said three persons had come to India on tourist Visas, which were valid till November 2017 and were residing at J-378, 2nd Floor, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, New Delhi.

It is averred that the officers of the respondents raided the said premises and took all the abovementioned persons and have now detained them in Nirmal Chaya since 18.08.2017.

The learned counsel for the respondent states that the Visas issued to W.P. (C) 7469/2017 Page 1 of 2

the above-mentioned three Uzbekistan Nationals were cancelled on 18.08.2017 and, therefore, the said persons would necessarily have to leave this country. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also shown the order passed on 18.08.2017, wherein, the respondent no.2 has expressed the apprehension that if the movement of the said persons is not restricted, they are likely to indulge in illegal activities.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said persons should be permitted to collect their belongings and make the travel arrangements to return to their country. Learned counsel for the respondent states, on instructions, that there is no objection to the three Uzbekistan Nationals voluntarily leaving the country. She also states that the said three persons have return tickets and only need to prepone the same. 6.

In the aforesaid circumstances, it is directed that the respondent shall provide an escort to the said persons to collect their belongings from J-378, 2nd Floor, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, New Delhi. The respondents shall also provide the necessary assistance to the said three persons for changing their tickets to leave this country as soon as possible and they will be permitted to leave this country voluntarily.
