O R D E R

% 16.11.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the complainant/R-2 is ready and willing to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the lis. The married couple are estranged since 2015. The petitioner stated that earlier endeavour to settle the lis has yielded no result. He would make yet another effort through Family Court where a motion between the parties is pending adjudication. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate petition or application in due course. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. Liberty granted. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
