Power of attorneys have been filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 3 and a reply has been filed by the respondent No.3. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that he shall be filing a power of attorney on behalf of the respondent No.2 in the course of the day. 3.

Upon hearing arguments addressed by learned APP and examining the impugned judgment, we are of the opinion that it is a fit case where leave ought to be granted to the State. Ordered accordingly. CRL. A. No. .........../2019 (to be numbered) 1.
