O R D E R

% 25.07.2018 RFA No. 554/2015 & CMs 23864/2017 (for early hearing), 15534/2015 (addl. evi) & 23865/2017 (modification of amount in terms of order dt. 8.2.2016) 1.

This appeal and all applications are disposed of with the consent order noting that the respondent has already received possession of the suit premises, and the appellant does not challenge the decree for possession, with the fact that on account of the compromise between the parties money decree passed in favour of the respondent is not pressed fully but it is agreed that the appellant will pay to the respondent a sum of Rs.50,000/- in full and final satisfaction of all claims under the impugned judgment and decree. The

amount of Rs.50,000/- will be paid by the appellant to the respondent within a period of one year from today.

The appeal and all pending applications are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. 3.
