BAIL APPLN. 1745/2017 This is the first application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.64/2017, under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at Police Station Shahabad Dairy. It is submitted by learned APP for State that the petitioner has already been declared Proclaimed Offender vide order dated 31.08.2017 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, Rohini Court, Delhi. A photocopy of the order dated 31.08.2017 is taken on record.

In view of the above, present bail application has become infructous and same stands disposed of accordingly.
