1. This is an application seeking directions in relation to an order dated 21st August, 2015 passed by a Bench of Hon'ble Mr Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed and Hon'ble Mr Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva. The subject matter of the main writ petition is not in the purview of the roster of this Bench.

2. The application be placed before the same Bench which passed the order dated 21st August, 2015, subject to orders of the Hon'ble Chief Justice, on 23rd May, 2016.
