% 11.11.2016 Learned counsel for respondent-SDMC states that regularisation application filed by the owners of the properties in question has been rejected on 7th November 2016. He further states that balance demolition action shall be undertaken on 24th November, 2016.

Learned counsel for respondent-Delhi Police states that the request for police assistance has been received and the Delhi Police shall render full assistance to the SDMC.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statements, present contempt petition is closed.
