% 07.09.2017 Petitioner is in custody for the last 8 months. He was apprehended at the spot. As per the prosecution, one mobile phone and money were robbed by the petitioner with his accomplices from one Santosh Kumar. Though, victim had claimed that `2,000/- and one mobile phone were snatched yet only `200/- was recovered from the petitioner. Mobile phone was also not recovered from the petitioner.

Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
