% 31.08.2015 It is not in dispute that in terms of the agreement, the respondent failed to appoint an Arbitrator within the time specified. In the circumstanees, the Court appoints Ms. N.S.Bajwa, Advocate (Mobile No. 9811117745), who is present in court, as Arbitrator. The Arbitrator's fees shall be as per the extant fees structure maintained by the respondent for the category and quantum of claims, as in the present disputes.

These cases are accordingly referred to Mr. N.S.Bajwa, Advocate regarding all claims or disputes arising out of the agreement between the parties.
