% 06.02.2019 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 27.11.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is pleaded that the parties have agreed that the suit property shall remain undivided to the extent of their undivided share amongst the co-owners. It is pleaded that this court may dispose of the suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement. It is ordered accordingly. Suit and all pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
