The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.187/2015 under Section 302 IPC, Police Station-Palam Village. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the case before Trial Court, she would not press the present petition/application. 3.

Learned APP informs that only formal/official witnesses are remained to be examined.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the next date of hearing.

In view of above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid directions. 6.
