% 05.10.2016 At the outset, Mr. Saini, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are willing not to press prayer (a), (b) and (b-i) provided the present writ petition is treated as a representation in respect of prayers (d) and (e) of the amended writ petition. Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA has no objection to the same.

Consequently, the amended writ petition is directed to be treated as a representation and the respondent-DDA is directed to consider prayers (d) and (e) and pass a reasoned order within a period of twelve weeks.

A copy of the order shall be communicated to the petitioners by registered AD post.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition and pending application are disposed of.
