Mr. Mishra also submits that this demolition order was duly served upon the petitioner, but, that has been refuted to on behalf of the petitioner. Be that as it may, in view of the copy of the demolition order dated 6.2.2017 having been furnished today, ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to assail the demolition order before AT, MCD. Liberty, as prayed, is granted. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
