% 16.02.2016 Crl. M C No. 3296/2015 (1) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 284/2012, under Sections 354/506/509/IPC registered at Police Station Rani Bagh, New Delhi. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2 amicably.
(2) Respondent No. 2 is present before the Court with her counsel.
Her parents are also present in the Court.
The Investigating Officer present in the court has identified Crl. M C No. 3296/2015

I have enquired from the complainant and her parents whether the matter has been settled with the petitioners amicably without fear and pressure. They have informed that all the disputes have been settled without any fear or pressure and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR.
(3) The petition is supported by the affidavits of the parties. (4) Since the petitioners have voluntarily settled the dispute with the complainant, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. Order dated 19.07.2014 of Trial Court reveals that offences under Sections 323/526/509/34 IPC have been permitted to be compounded. In the interest of justice and to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.
284/2012 under Sections 354/506/509/IPC registered at Police Station Rani Bagh, New Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 50,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.
(6) The petition and all pending application (s) stand disposed of accordingly.
