% 04.01.2016 Vide order dated 21.12.2015 the Hon'ble Court directed the Petitioner to file the undertaking with the Registrar General of this Court within three days and that he shall vacate the premises on or before 31.01.2016, after supplying a copy thereof to the learned counsel for the respondent.

Petitioner is present in person alongwith his Counsel. The affidavit of undertaking has been brought by the petitioner in Court today and the same is taken on record. The petitioner in his affidavit of undertaking has undertaken to vacate the premises on or before 31.01.2016 and handover peaceful and vacant possession to the Respondent.

The undertaking filed by the petitioner being in order is hereby accepted.

The Petition already stands disposed of.
