% 19.02.2016 Crl.M.A. 3034/2016 (For Modification) The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.08.2015. In the application, it is mentioned that in the order dated 18.08.2015, FIR number and name of police station has been wrongly mentioned.

Perusal of main petition shows that the petitioner sought the quashing of FIR No.738/2015, under Sections 354/509/506/34, Police Station Hari Nagar, but in the order dated 18.08.2015, number of FIR has been mentioned as 781/2015 and police station as Tilak Nagar. In the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed. It is

made clear that FIR No.738/2015, Police Station Hari Nagar be read in place of FIR No.781/2015, Police Station Tilak Nagar in the order dated 18.08.2015.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
