% 31.10.2018 Apart from the fact that this writ petition alleges malafide against the Labour Court, which is totally unconscionable, the grounds in the writ petition are also non-speaking in nature and amount merely to a repeated reiteration that the impugned order is illegal. Nor does the writ petition discloses any justification for the petitioner approaching this Court, more than one year after passing of the impugned order, which was interlocutory in nature. On his attention being drawn to the above infirmities, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to re-agitate his claim in a more appropriate manner. Without expressing any opinion either on the issue of whether such claim can be agitated, the impugned order can be challenged after such a long period of time, or whether the petitioner has any case on merits, leave and liberty as prayed for is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. C.HARI SHANKAR, J.
