We had heard the arguments on this writ petition and had reserved the orders. However, in the meanwhile, the petitioner submits that it has succeeded in a coal linkage tender as a result of which it does not want to pursue this writ petition any further. There is no objection on the part of the respondents for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Consequently, the application is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid circumstances.
